What Potentia is

Potentia offers a free self-reflection quiz and a paid digital workbook. Both are for personal reflection and planning. They are not psychological assessments, therapy, medical advice or professional career counselling, and they don't guarantee any job, admission or outcome.

The workbook

• Format: PDF, delivered by download link right after payment.
• Price: as shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
• Licence: for your personal use. Please don't resell or share the file publicly.

Refunds

If the workbook isn't right for you, email within 7 days of purchase with your order email. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method, no questions asked. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days; your bank may take longer to show it.

If you didn't receive the file or it doesn't open, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Complaints
